A DAD NEEDS TO BE STRONG.
As a doctor of physical therapy, my job is literally to force people to exercise so that their health can improve. The body was created to move. There is no such thing as a healthy sedentary person. As a father, we need to be strong, resilient and disciplined to protect and provide as well as to set a good example for our kids. But dude, it’s freaking hard. It’s not easy. Whoever says its easy is selling you snake oil, is on drugs, or is a genetic freak who can eat whatever he wants and remain naturally thin.
But I got you!
